I hung my flag out today in honor of the victims of 9-11. I would have liked to have hung it at half staff, but that's not an option for my flag. Midway through the day, a storm rolled in, an unusual occurrence for us. If you know about American flags, you know that flags aren't supposed to be rained on, but I left mine out. It seemed a fitting tribute to those that lost their lives; to leave the American flag up in the rain, so I did... Tears from heaven to pay homage to those that died.
